I don't understand why people run for Congress that had passed the Pandemic & All Hazards Act of 2006, which had been the basis of the PCR tests and countermeasures to address a CBRN agent or agents presenting a heightened risk of attack by what now is recognized by the CDC since November 2021 as a chimeric or recombinant virus, which, by definition, can only come from a laboratory, and make promises to bring change while forgetting that COVID-19 remains the leading respiratory tract infection cause of death, which could only occur if a virus that beat Hitler continues to be deployed. And ignorance of the law is no excuse. 😇
